Pabitra Engineering Concern is seeking a competent and experienced Site Incharge to oversee the on-site execution of transmission lines, distribution lines, and substation projects. The Site Incharge will manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision and Management:

Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to the project plan.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and labor teams to execute tasks effectively.
Ensure proper resource allocation, including manpower,materials, and equipment.

Project Execution and Monitoring

Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve on-site issues and challenges promptly to avoid delays.
Inspect and ensure work quality aligns with project specifications and standards.
